Agents, tour operators, and leaders who have made reservations at Willka T'ika are responsible for their clients' daily and program arrangements. 

Extra fees may apply for group use of the yoga studios and ceremonial temple.

 Agents can book guests’ stay at Willka T'ika on an accommodations-only basis. The daily rate includes hotel room, organic and vegetarian breakfast and dinner, and the elaborate and peaceful Seven Chakra Gardens. Willka T’ika has a range of facilities with unique atmospheres, including two yoga studios, a ceremonial temple, an outdoor firepit, and indoor workshops. Willka T'ika staff must be advised of expected arrival time so guests can be met at Willka T’ika’s outside gates. 

Final payment must include a full rooming list with passport details and the birth date of each guest.
